Our Team

Healthy Families Healthy Futures has grown over the years - starting with just 8 Home Visitors and now employing 24 dedicated team members. Our staff is highly trained and nurture positive change in the lives of the people they work with. They support individuals, families, groups, and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. Our goal is to help people develop their skills and their ability to use their own resources, and those of the community, to resolve problems.

We Will

  • be cheerleaders - encouraging and celebrating victories and milestones

  • assist individuals to claim their rights and to improve their circumstances

  • advocate for the service users’ autonomy and capacity to decide for themselves

  • help solve delicate problems and difficult situations

  • advocate and educate around issues and try to change public perceptions
